Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.
That last detail is relevant. It means the founder has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
The instrument list: FX, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.
Platforms
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, massive community. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the alternative. Better depth of market. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be in the works. That should round things out when it lands.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.
Execution Speed
The execution is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at a much wider range.
Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals something about priorities.
Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Here is the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off is worth it is your call.
The Bonus
TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You deposit, they top up your balance. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
